The Mould Transfer Process
- Initial Consultation: You share your current part drawing, annual volume, and resin specification. We provide a production cost estimate.
- Mould Shipping: Your mould is shipped to our Johannesburg facility. We can advise on freight forwarding and customs documentation.
- Mould Audit: We inspect the mould and provide a written condition report within 3 business days of receipt.
- Trial Production: We run trial shots, establish process parameters, and produce first-article samples for your approval.
- Production Agreement: Once first article is approved, we agree on production schedule, pricing, and quality requirements.
- Ongoing Production: Regular production runs with documented quality records and mould maintenance logs.
