Injection Grade
ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)
The most widely used engineering thermoplastic. Excellent impact resistance, dimensional stability, and surface finish. Ideal for consumer electronics, automotive interior trim, and industrial housings.
Lightweight, chemical-resistant commodity resin. Excellent fatigue resistance for living hinges. The go-to material for packaging, automotive, and medical applications requiring sterilisation.
High stiffness-to-density ratio with outstanding chemical resistance. Widely used for industrial containers, pipes, and outdoor applications requiring UV and moisture resistance.
Exceptional optical clarity and impact strength — virtually unbreakable. Used in safety glazing, medical devices, and electronics requiring transparency and high-temperature performance.
High mechanical strength, stiffness, and excellent wear resistance. The preferred material for gears, bearings, and structural components operating in high-temperature or high-friction environments.
Cost-effective, easily thermoformed material with good impact resistance and printability. Widely used for point-of-sale displays, packaging trays, and refrigerator liners.
Versatile, flame-retardant material available in rigid and flexible formulations. The dominant material for window profiles, cable conduit, and construction applications.
Exceptional dimensional stability and low friction coefficient. The preferred material for precision gears, fasteners, and mechanical components requiring tight tolerances and wear resistance.

Why Source Materials From Us?
We manufacture with these resins every day — so we know exactly which grades work and which don't.
🏭
Production-proven grades
We use the same resins in our own injection moulding and extrusion lines — no guesswork on processability.
📦
25 kg minimum
No need to buy full pallet quantities. Minimum 25 kg orders for development and short-run production.
💱
ZAR pricing
Pay in South African Rand — no forex exposure for local buyers. USD invoicing available for international orders.
🚚
Fast dispatch
In-stock materials dispatched within 3–5 business days. Nationwide delivery via courier.
Need a Material Not Listed?
We can source most engineering thermoplastics on request — including PC/ABS blends, glass-filled grades, flame-retardant compounds, and recycled content resins.
