How do you handle PCB mounting points?

We offer both heat-staking of threaded brass inserts post-molding, and overmolding/insert molding where the brass inserts are placed directly into the mold cavity before the plastic is injected. This ensures maximum pull-out and torque-out strength for PCB mounting.

Can you achieve high-gloss cosmetic finishes?
